Program details

Do my referrals need to stay active? ▼

Yes. Each referred customer must stay installed and active for at least 30 days to qualify as a credit. To maintain your free internet, you need to keep 5 active referrals on service. If a referral cancels, you can replace them by referring a new customer.

What plans qualify? ▼

All residential plans qualify — both fiber and wireless. Business plans do not qualify for the referral program at this time.

When do credits apply to my bill? ▼

Referral credits are applied to your account after your referral's installation is completed and their first 30 days of service are confirmed. Credits appear on your next billing cycle.

What happens after I hit 5 referrals? ▼

Your monthly internet bill becomes $0 — and you officially become a TREPIC Champion! This is our highest honor for customers who help grow the TREPIC family. You get free internet for life as long as your 5 referrals remain active.

Do I need to be a current TREPIC customer to participate? ▼

Yes, you must be an active TREPIC customer on a residential plan to receive a referral code and participate in the program.

How do I get my referral code? ▼

Once your installation is complete, TREPIC will provide your personal referral code automatically — no need to call or email. We take care of it for you as part of your welcome process.
