Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Internet services provided by TREPIC Networks LLC. Use of service constitutes agreement to this policy without exception.

Overview

This policy applies solely to information collected by this website and governs use of the Internet services ("Service") provided by TREPIC Networks LLC (the "ISP"). It will notify you of the following:

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent is excluded from data sharing.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

1. Introduction

Generally, ISP does not monitor or edit the content posted by users of the Service or other Internet services. However, ISP and its agents reserve the right at their sole discretion to remove any content that does not comply with this AUP or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. ISP is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content.

ISP may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong. Your violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service and/or your ISP account. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ISP harmless from any and all claims resulting from your use of this service.

This AUP should be read in conjunction with our Internet Service Agreement and other policies.

2. Violations

The following constitute violations of TREPIC Networks' AUP:

(A) Using the Service to gain unauthorized access to any computer systems.

(B) Using the Service to transmit any material that intentionally or unintentionally violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder.

(C) Using the Service to interfere with access to the Internet by other parties or disrupt the network used by ISP, including continual excessive use causing a loss of bandwidth availability to other users.

(D) Using the Service to harm, harass, degrade, or intimidate an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.

(E) Using the Service to transmit any material that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.

(F) Using the Service to harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort upon another person.

(G) Using the Service to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services or to advance any type of financial scam such as pyramid schemes, ponzi schemes, and chain letters.

(H) Adding, removing or modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead.

(I) Using the Service to transmit any unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited bulk email. Activities that facilitate unsolicited commercial email or bulk email, whether or not commercial in nature, are prohibited.

(J) Using the Service to access or attempt to access the accounts of others, or to penetrate security measures of ISP or another entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system.

(K) Using the Service to transmit any material that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party, including unauthorized copying of copyrighted material or unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software.

(L) Using the Service to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.

(M) Using the Service to cause harm to minors in any way, either intentionally or unintentionally.

(N) Reselling the Service without ISP's authorization, including sharing the service via wired or wireless connection with computers or devices not physically located at the subscriber's address. Installing a wireless hotspot and allowing others not part of that service address to gain access is considered a violation of this AUP.

(O) Using the service in a manner inconsistent with or in excess of normal usage parameters. If a user is identified as having usage beyond ISP's expectations or exceeding 25% of total bandwidth consumption compared to similar users, ISP reserves the right to modify the subscriber's rate and/or suspend or disconnect service without warning.

3. Revisions to This AUP

ISP reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this AUP, our Internet Service Agreement, and other policies at any time and in any manner. Any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with the terms of the Internet Service Agreement.
